Refund policy

Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. Please read the description carefully and view photos. All questions and queries are welcomed.

You can only choose between a refund or exchange when goods are faulty.

As a general rule, refunds or exchanges are only applicable if the goods are returned to Emma Louise Designs in the original condition and packaging intact within 21 days of purchase. If you have any problems or queries small or large, please contact me at emmalouisedesigns@gmail.com to discuss.
